99 Ranch Market is one of the largest Asian supermarket chains in the United States. We are seeking the following position:
  • Bakery Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily bakery department operations and employees.
  • Train, coach, mentor, and support bakery team members.
  • Prepare employee schedules and monitor attendance.
  • Ensure product freshness, quality, presentation, and availability.
  • Manage ordering, inventory, product rotation, waste, and shrink.
  • Receive and verify bakery products, ingredients, packaging, and supplies.
  • Support promotions, sales goals, and customer service.
  • Maintain accurate pricing, labels, and product information.
  • Keep bakery, freezer, cooler, and storage areas clean and organized.
  • Follow food-safety standards and company procedures.

Required Qualifications:
  • At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • 2+ years of bakery, grocery, food-service, or related retail experience.
  • 1+ year of lead or supervisory experience.
  • Available to work weekends and holidays.
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift at least 25 lbs.
  • Able to work in freezer, cooler, and varying-temperature environments.
  • Able to travel to nearby stores occasionally for training or operational support.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with ordering or inventory systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SAP, or retail systems.
  • Food-safety training/certification.
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish preferred but not required.

Position: Full Time.

Shift Information:
  • Approximately 40 hours per week.
  • Weekend and holiday availability required.
  • Overtime may be required based on business needs.
