Job Summary:

The Beauty and Health Advisor is responsible for promoting products of the Health and Beauty Section to customers, executing the Customer Service Strategy, and achieving the sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate job commitment, accountability, and reliability.
Possess a positive, proactive, and self-motivated work attitude.
Maintain a good attendance record and comply with company rules and regulations.
Deliver excellent customer service and accurately handle cash transactions.
Build rapport easily with customers in a friendly manner.
Demonstrate initiative and willingness to learn.
Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail beauty store or beauty brand.
Possess good knowledge of health and beauty products and a genuine passion for the industry.
Ability to translate behaviors into an optimal selling experience aimed at reaching targets.
Full flexibility with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.
Detail-oriented, results-oriented, and self-disciplined.
Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
Interested in developing a career in the supermarket industry.
Bilingual in Chinese is preferred.

Employment Details & Schedules:

Employment Type: Part-Time (30+ hours) with potential transition to Full-Time.
Shift Requirements: Shift work including weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

This job requires the ability to perform the following essential functions:
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
