Import Fulfillment Specialist
Summary:
This role, part of the Import Fulfillment Team, focuses on maximizing Purchase Order (PO) Efficiency and optimizing Lead Time. The Specialist will be responsible for core duties including placing orders with vendors, tracking the status of POs, and actively optimizing the overall logistics process. This position offers advancement opportunities toward the Merchant or Replenishment functions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic and professional experience.
- 2+ years in import, logistics, or procurement preferred.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- High precision in data entry and documentation.
- Strong professional verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and accountable.
- Effective in fast-paced environments with minimal oversight.
- Mandatory English proficiency; Mandarin is an asset.
- Fluency in Thai (preferred), Filipino, or Vietnamese required.
- Basic problem-solving and willingness to learn new systems.
- Legal U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
Physical Requirements:
- This job may require standing or walking for extended periods of time, lifting up to 15 pounds, and performing repetitive motions.
Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full Time.
- Location: 6338 Regio Ave, Buena Park, CA 90620.
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM - 5:30PM.
- Available to work on weekends and holidays as necessary.

Compensation:
