Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Clerk to join our team. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for various tasks related to receiving, shipping and dispatching. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced distribution center and contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities:

Prepare shipping documentation, monitor shipment status, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Receive, verify, and inspect incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips, document incoming produce shipments accurately, verify quality and purchase order conformity, and promptly report any issues.
Maintain accurate inventory data by recording and correcting product logging information, managing inventory levels, and organizing products.
Assist with packaging and labeling of products as needed.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the efficient flow of materials and products.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or related fields preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control software.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Position Details:

Employment Type: Full Time
Monday ~ Friday: Day Shift 8:00 am -5:30 pm
Saturday occasionally
(Overtime may be required based on business needs. Employees will receive overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 hours per week, in accordance with applicable labor laws.)

Compensation:

The pay range for this job is between $18 and $20 per hour. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) the responsibilities of the job, your education, skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
